Katie spent most of her life chasing success—believing that if she just achieved enough, she’d finally feel enough. As a physician and an immigrant daughter, she followed and fulfilled the path she was given: pursue status, achievement, and perfection. She built a life that looked ideal from the outside, yet on the inside, she was disconnected, burned out, and unraveling from her own anxiety and self-loathing. She was merely surviving, not living—and when everything fell apart, she was forced to face and feel the pain, shame, loneliness, and self-doubt she had spent a lifetime avoiding. Her breaking point became the turning point to her healing and personal freedom. Over the past 13 years, Katie has not only done the deep inner work to let go of lack and reconnect with her truth—she’s also trained with some of the most respected teachers in trauma healing, emotional mastery, and embodiment. Today, Katie is a transformational coach, trauma healer, and speaker. She has coached hundreds, led workshops on self-sabotage, shadow work, and embodiment, and mentored leaders and visionaries who are ready to master their inner world—not just their outer successes. Her passion is helping others break free from the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck and disconnected from their truth, power, and potential. Her life’s purpose is to guide them through a journey of healing, radical self-love, and acceptance so they can reclaim their SHINE and create a meaningful, abundant, authentic, and unapologetic life on their terms—from the inside out.
